Navixy is a software product that uses innovative technologies of IoT applied to vehicles and moving objects. Examples of these technologies are geolocation (GPS, outdoor/indoor), wireless technologies (including LPWAN, BLE), smart trackers for vehicles (including elements of self-driving cars), cloud calculations (big data), and mobile applications. Navixy clients are regional IT integrators, tech startups, IoT manufacturers, engineers, and implementation specialists that professionally use wide functionality of software and hardware, completing it with their developments.
We are actively looking for a Business Analyst for the team Navixy who will design and describe new products and functionalities of our platform, collect and aggregate requirements from customer, support and sales departments to form a vision of features, to decompose business requirements to the level of detail understandable for the development team, take into account the technical capabilities of the system. In addition, you have to present and protect the project to the customer and sometimes analyze the data from our database.

What will you do
- Conduct data-based research through database analysis using BI tools.
- Conduct research based on interviews with partners together with the sales department.
- Analyze competitors to design the best solution on the market.
- Write detailed technical assignments, given functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create prototype interfaces that reflect the main features of the future feature.
- Lead a feature before release, answering questions of the development team, conduct acceptance functional testing.
- Communicate with the PO team to resolve operational issues.
What we expect from you
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Graduate education.
- Experience in product development as an analyst, developer, tester, product manager or technical writer.
- Knowledge of the software life cycle, software development methodologies and/or software implementation projects, requirements management process, requirements documentation methods.
- Experience building analytics in product and specific cases as your analyst helped the business.
- You can make your own decisions based on data, argue them and present your results.
- Have experience working with databases and knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to articulate questions and answers.
- The ability to defend your point of view to the development team and PO.
- Ability to speak, read and write technical documentation in Russian and English at the C2 level .

- Understand the object-oriented programming principles.
