Business Development Representative (Brazil)

SquareGPS Inc., a global provider and developer of location based software solutions, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing Navixy team.


Navixy ( is our core product inspired by a team of passionate experts and specialists. Designed for the efficient fleet, mobile workforce and logistics management Navixy is successfully employed and operated by VARs and enterprises in over 100 countries.


We understand that product innovation comes from people innovation, that’s why we need a reliable person who will be responsible for generating revenue and developing sales through cold search, cold calling and networking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Increase awareness of company products/services, their quality and benefits on Brazilian market
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solution
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Achieve personal sales KPIs
  • Report to the Project Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Daily tasks:

  • Proactively seek prospects
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Make presentations of products/services to prospects
  • Keep records of interactions with clients in the CRM system


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of IT products/services
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of sales from prospecting to close
  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
  • Preference to candidates with knowledge and experience in GPS/IoT or other IT products (SaaS, Software)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • High motivation for achieving established strategic (long-term) and tactical (short-term) goals
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Ability to turn technical language into business language
