HR Business Partner

Job description. Remote position in the US

Today we are looking for an HR Business Partner to foster the growth of our international team. This role will be required to partner with the senior executives to drive high-performing, inclusive teams and create meaningful work experiences.

What you will do

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align the company’s culture, its employees, and processes towards required business goals
  • Strategic planning of HR resources through engaging managers to understand talent needs of the businesses and define people strategies based on business goals, objectives and priorities.
  • HR budget planning and advocating for the redistribution of funding of salaries to high-priority roles or departments as needed
  • Coaching executives on HR policies, processes and issues, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development
  • Partnering with leadership to align company objectives with employees and management in the company’s departments. Conducting and attending regular meetings with department leaders and teams, establishing self as a part of the team.
  • Providing day-to-day HR-related guidance to all levels of management on key aspects of company personnel programs including employee development, career opportunities, employee relations, training, benefit administration and labor relations
  • Identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participating in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Being an effective communicator and bridge builder across all functions and levels within the company. Addressing change and transformation, pursuing different approaches to work by demonstrating agility, transparency, cross-cultural competence and global thinking.

Competences and skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of HR experience in small to medium companies
  • Adept at communicating in many situations, ranging from executive presentations to negotiations to the occasional conflict or crisis scenario
  • Ready for fully remote work across multiple time zones, ready to have about 5 business trips per year including international
  • Spanish and / or Russian language is a plus
  • Physical location in the US, Eastern or Central time zone preferred
