We’re looking for a Product Manager who can apply best-in-class product methodologies to drive our B2B/Enterprise SaaS solutions forward in both established and emerging markets.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Product Manager to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS offerings. You will act as the “orchestra conductor” — balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities to create cohesive and successful products. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and leadership to shape the product roadmap and serve as a key advocate for our offerings in the market.
This is a hybrid role based in Belgrade, involving periodic in-office collaboration for brainstorming and strategic sessions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market analysis and research
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the broader B2B/Enterprise SaaS space
- Engage with key customers, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and validate product concepts
- Coordinate with internal senior stakeholders and vendor partners, to harmonize product direction
- Present product vision, roadmap updates, and progress to external audiences, such as customers, partners, and at industry events
Product strategy and roadmap
- Define and maintain a clear, compelling product strategy aligned with company goals
- Set and track OKRs for product teams and cross-functional roles from technical marketing, and define monetization strategies
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on market feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility
Team coordination on execution
- Collaborate with product teams (especially, Business Analysts and Product Owners) to integrate customer insights and field experts contributions, define clear specs, and ensure timely delivery
- Partner with Technical Writers and Product Marketing to maintain consistent messaging, demos, and documentation aligned with the product vision
Market engagement and enablement
- Provide product briefs, competitive insights and training that equip sales teams and channel partners to effectively position and sell the product
- Represent Navixy at conferences, webinars, and industry events, showcasing product innovation and thought leadership
- Foster strategic relationships with key accounts, partners, and influencers to drive product adoption and market penetration
Continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying new market opportunities for expansion
- Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, using analytics to refine the product’s value proposition
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS product management (preferably in B2B or Enterprise solutions)
- 8+ years in sales, marketing, or product management, with a strong emphasis on leading cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to set product strategy and guide it through to execution, aligning stakeholders along the way
- Confident speaker with experience presenting product vision and strategy to external audiences, such as customers, partners, and industry forums
- Fluent in Russian and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; able to pivot quickly as business needs evolve
- Bonus: Familiarity with IoT, telematics, or fleet management is a plus, but not required
